  • HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ?

  • WHO WILL SELECT & PACK MY PRODUCT ?
    • Your product is packed by our staff of personal shoppers. They are regularly trained in a hands-on product handling course to ensure high quality product and professional packaging.

  • HOW CITYFARM ENSURES HYGIENIC CONDITIONS ?
    • We have trained professionals who take care of your products at every step from import throughout the delivery stage. Generally, some fruits and vegetables are washed by water, air-dried and packed while pre-pack products are handled with care to ensure proper hygienic standard. Crates and carrier surfaces are regularly cleaned and sanitized during transportation.

  • WHAT IS CONTACTLESS DELIVERY ?
    • Contactless delivery standard is introduced to fight against Covid-19. Our team carefully handle your product and drop at your door step without touching them directly.

  • HOW CAN I GET OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS ?
    • Regularly visit our website/ App or subscribe for latest offers, discounts via WhatsApp, SMS or Email. You can get reward points on every purchase & you can earn referral points by referring to your friends, family etc. All your points can be redeemed for future purchase.

  • DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ?
    • Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be present. If someone over the age of 18 from your side isn't present at the time of delivery, your driver will return to us. If you do need to reschedule a delivery, you must contact our Customer Care team at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled delivery window in order to avoid any additional fees.

  • CAN YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY DELIVERY ?
    • Yes, we have same-day delivery with as little as three-hour notice. However, delivery slots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis, so at peak periods three-hour and/or same-day delivery may not be available.

  • CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A SUBMITTED ORDER ?
    • Yes, however, at this time, orders cannot be edited online. You will need to contact our Customer Care team to make changes to your order. Changes must be done within 1 hour of your order submission.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT ?
    • Yes, the minimum order amount is Rs. 300/-.

  • WHY DOES MY ORDER CONFIRMATION SAY THAT PRICES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY ?
    • The prices quoted at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order value cannot be determined until the packaging because of variations in different factors due to volatile market condition.

  • HOW DO YOU KEEP MY GROCERIES FRESH ?
    • Your order is picked and delivered straight to you, door-to-door, typically from our aisles to your home in less time. Our field staff uses insulated bags and coolers when required to ensure your perishable items arrive in the best possible condition.

  • CAN I PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER FOR SOMEONE ELSE ?
    • Yes, you can! At checkout, you can specify a different delivery address. This is helpful if you want to order things for your parents, friends or a student etc.

  • CAN I FIND ALL THE PRODUCTS ONLINE THAT I BUY IN THE STORE ?
    • At present, we do not have all the items in our store on the site. However, if you do not find something on the site that you know is in store you may add it to special request note or call to our Customer Care team.

  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER ?
    • We accept Visa, MasterCard, UPI, Internet Banking, Cash On Delivery, Payment Wallets etc.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK ?
    • In this case we ask you if you would like us to attempt to substitute a similar item. Sometimes we directly add the substitute into your bag. You always have the option of returning a substituted item for a full refund.

  • DO YOU DELIVER TO BUSINESSES ?
    • Yes! And our business delivery fees are the same as residential delivery fees.

  • IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL ?
    • Yes, your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.We do not share any of personal information to anyone. Your information is used to serve you only.

  • DO YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE APP FOR SHOPPING ON THE GO ?
    • Yes, we have a fully featured android app which can be downloaded from the Android Play Store. Our website is mobile friendly which fits into multiple screens of different resolution.

  • CAN I CHECK FRESHNESS AND QUALITY OF ANY ITEM ?
    • Yes, we encourage Freshness-Check and Quality Check for your products during the delivery. You can always ask our delivery agent to show you the freshness and count all your products in front of you. If any of the product is out of mark, you can return them on the spot.

  • HOW TO GET REFUND FOR CANCELLED/ RETURNED ORDER ?
    • Generally, your refund will reflect on your wallet within 72 hours after deduction of charges (if any). However, you can always call/ chat with our Customer Care team for any type of discrepancy.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF PART OF MY DELIVERY IS INCORRECT ?
    • If you receive an incorrect order, please notify your delivery person on the spot and you will receive an appropriate refund. If your delivery person is no longer present, please contact our Customer Care team within 1 hour.

  • WHAT ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED ?
    • Certain items, including, but not limited to milk products, formula drinks, cut and pealed products,flowers, bakeries, certain kind of fruits, vegetables etc. cannot be returned or refunded once you have placed the order.
